 REELGUYSFISHING  ADVENTURES

Check Out The Philphoto Image Gallery

d

Here you will find pictures of my fishing adventures within British Columbia, Canada.
Since I am an avid fisherman, I have been fortunate enough to have visited  numerous  fishing lodges within  British Columbia, many of them in the company of fly fisherman such as Tom Johannesen and Mark Pendlington as a matter of fact I would not have
made to some of these destinations if they did not insist I accompany them.
As some of you may know, Tom regularly has guest appearances on the television series Sportfishing B.C ,and he writes fly fishing articles for magazines such as British Columbia Sport Fishing , Outdoor Edge and  Mark Pendlington hosts the Sportfishing BC TV series on the Knowledge Network

The start 2005 Coho's has begun in the last couple weeks and should be great fun.
Spinners and Flies both seem to be working well up by the Dewdney bridge beside the highway.
I met Tim and friends and they each had a few fish.

It's now Jan.16, Coho's are way gone. I know you want to see some steelhead photos.
I'm working on it. K.

Below: Robert who is my future son in law and an avid fisherman plucked a few of these Rainbows out of the Skagit river a couple of years ago had a fun time land them on his 4 wt. Fenwick dead drifting
with a #10 hares ear nymph.
I hooked a couple and promptly lost them, oh well just have go back and try again.
With some investigation recently it turns out (from a reliable source) the nymphs were way to large
and was told the fishing is better with a dry fly later in the day. Well I will certainly try and get up there
this summer of 06.
